Cesar and Liliane Cellerier were part of a small non-denominational church called “The Blossoming Rod.” – not affiliated to any denomination. They served as laypeople for ten years. It is in that congregation that Cesar Cellerier was consecrated Pastor in 2004. He served under the Senior pastor, Yao Bly, for another five years. In 2009, under another covering – Charles Ndifon, an Apostle of God, Cesar Cellerier was consecrated Apostle in January 2010 and Liliane Cellerier as a pastor in October 2014.

They launched a church: “Christ Life Ministries.” Christ Life Ministries International was founded in February 2010 in The Bronx.

The church now has two locations in the Bronx.
